Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: January 1, 2026 · Governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.homepremierrenew.com and your engagement of renovation services provided by Home Premier Renew ("we," "us," "our"). By using our website, submitting a form, or signing a project agreement, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

2. Nature of Website Information

Content on this website — including package pricing, timelines, and examples — is provided for general information and does not constitute a binding offer. Figures labeled "starting from" are typical entry points; final pricing for any project is established exclusively in a written, signed project agreement.

3. Estimates & Quotes

4. Change Orders

Any change to scope, materials, or finishes after signing is handled through a written change order stating the price and schedule impact. Work covered by a change order begins only after your written (which includes emailed) approval. We never perform unapproved extra work and never bill for it retroactively.

5. Payments & Financing

6. Scheduling, Access & Site Conditions

You agree to provide reasonable access to the work area, electricity, and water during project hours, and to secure pets and valuables. Dates may be adjusted for severe weather, permit delays outside our control, supply-chain disruptions, or client-initiated changes; any such adjustment will be communicated promptly and documented. Our On-Time Promise (a $250 credit per day past the contract completion date caused solely by us) is defined in your project agreement and excludes delays caused by change orders, concealed conditions, weather, or third parties.

7. Materials & Selections

Material specifications, model numbers, and finish selections are documented in your project agreement. If a specified product becomes unavailable, we will offer the closest equivalent in quality and price for your approval before substituting. Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied products and are assigned to you at project completion.

8. Warranties

9. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for: timely approvals and selections; clearing the work area of personal belongings; informing us of known hazardous materials (asbestos, lead paint in pre-1978 homes) where disclosure is required by law; and making the site accessible per the agreed schedule. Client-caused delays may extend the timeline accordingly.

10. Permits, Codes & Licensing

Home Premier Renew obtains and pays for standard work permits required for contracted scope, and performs all work in compliance with applicable building codes in the project jurisdiction. We are licensed, bonded, and insured in every state in which we operate, and maintain general liability and workers' compensation coverage for our crews.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Home Premier Renew's total liability arising from any project is limited to the amount actually paid by you under the applicable project agreement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Home Premier Renew from claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the website, or information you provide that is inaccurate or infringes third-party rights.

13. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution for 30 days before commencing formal proceedings; unresolved disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in Fairfax County, Virginia, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court. You retain any right to void arbitration under applicable state law where such waiver is unenforceable.

14. Cancellation

You may cancel a signed project before work begins with written notice; the scheduling deposit is refundable except for non-recoverable costs already incurred (e.g., custom materials already ordered), which will be itemized and documented. Once work has commenced, cancellation terms follow your project agreement.

15. Website Content & Intellectual Property

All website content — text, design, graphics, logos, and imagery arrangement — is the property of Home Premier Renew and protected by U.S. copyright law. You may not reproduce or republish site content without written permission. Client testimonials and project photos are used with the consent of the homeowners involved.

16. Privacy

Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

17. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Signed project agreements are governed by the Terms in effect at the time of signing.
